FAQ

What is the turnaround time?
It depends on the project, but typically we will send you the final product within two weeks of payment.

How much communication will there be between me and iStudios?
Charles, our Creative Director, will be happy to take phone calls, Skype calls and emails at any time. We will send you updated versions of your song each time a new instrument is added, or some other significant change is made.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Each package comes with a different number of free revisions. After that, each round of revisions will cost $50.

Do I need to pay the money up front?
For the starter and standard packages, we require the full payment in advance. For the premium package, we require half the money to be paid in advance, and the rest to be paid when you are satisfied and ready to receive the final product.
Will I need to send chord charts, sheet music, and instructions?
No. Our team members are all highly skilled musicians who can learn the song by ear. All we need is a rough demo. Of course, if you have specific instructions or requests, we are more than happy to accommodate them.
